DATA FOR ELECTRONIC INVOICING MANDATORY AND
ORDER MANAGEMENT
Dear Customer,
From January 1, 2019, all invoices issued between entities resident or established in Italy
must be ELECTRONIC INVOICES.
The electronic invoicing requirement, introduced by the 2018 Budget Law, applies both when the sale of goods or the provision of services is made between two VAT operators (B2B, i.e., Business-to-Business, transactions) and when the sale/service is made by a VAT operator to a final consumer (B2C, i.e., Business-to-Consumer, transactions).
