The third solution instead allows the selection of the foreign product by detecting the density of the product thanks to the exclusive “Quad-camera” system.
Using infrared spectra of different bands to present differentiated material information. It can accurately identify impurities such as glass, plastic, stones, adhesive tape, etc.
Thanks to the Meyer lighting system the cameras are able to reveal the real color of the material, even subtle nuances of color can be visible.
Precisely locate the center point of impurities the speed camera precisely analyzes the speed of the material for targeted removal.
